Contour Memory Foam Pillow

A flat pillow asks your neck to find its own support, which is why so many mornings start with a stiff shoulder. This one is contoured rather than flat: raised edges and a lower centre give the head somewhere to settle and the neck something to rest against, so a sleeping position is held through the night rather than rebuilt every time you turn over.

The core is memory foam, which yields under weight and returns to shape instead of compressing flat over a few months the way fibre filling does. It is shaped for back, side and stomach sleeping, and two profiles are available — a butterfly shape and a roll contour — so you can pick the one that matches how you actually sleep. The cover is a breathable mesh with a hidden zip, over a separate inner cover.

Shipping
We ship within the United States only, and standard shipping is free on all orders. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days; orders placed after 7:00 PM MST begin processing on the next business day. After dispatch, shipping takes an estimated 5–7 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 6–9 business days from the day you order. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Returns
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, with tags and in their original packaging, and a receipt or proof of purchase is required. To start a return, please contact us first with your order number, your contact details and the reason for the return. For damaged or incorrect items, please include photos.

Return shipping
Defective or incorrect items: we email you a free return label and cover the return shipping. Voluntary returns or exchanges: you pay the actual return shipping yourself, or you use our label and a $9.99 restocking fee is charged.

Refunds
We process your refund after inspecting the returned item, within up to 7 business days after we receive it. Refunds are issued to your original payment method unless you request otherwise. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
