A ferocious ghost in a witch hat, gripped by sharp claws, bursting out through the glass as if the house could not hold it. At three-and-a-half feet plus, it fills a standard window and gives the front of a house a story rather than just a decoration. Visitors coming up the path catch it at eye level, and the surprise is what makes it land at a party or on the walk to the door.
Bright LED lights built into the body make the piece read far better after dark, when the glow through the fabric turns it eerie instead of merely decorative. The blower does the inflating: zip it up, plug it in and it fills automatically without any assembly. Three suction cups attach it to a window, a smooth wall or a door, and adjusting the rope length changes the angle it hangs at.
Waterproof polyester fabric means it can sit on the outside of the glass through the season rather than being limited to a sheltered interior spot, and it folds up small for storage once the holiday passes. Unplug the unit in severe weather and whenever the display is left unattended. Adult supervision is recommended around children and pets, since the suction cups, the hanging rope and the power cord are all within reach.
