Free standard shipping on all orders to the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days; orders placed after 7:00 PM MST begin processing on the next business day. After dispatch, shipping takes an estimated 5–7 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 6–9 business days from the day you order. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Returns
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, with tags and in their original packaging, and a receipt or proof of purchase is required. To start a return, please contact us first with your order number, your contact details and the reason for the return. For damaged or incorrect items, please include photos.

Return shipping
Defective or incorrect items: we email you a free return label and cover the return shipping. Voluntary returns or exchanges: you pay the actual return shipping yourself, or you use our label and a $9.99 restocking fee is charged.

Refunds
We process your refund after inspecting the returned item, within up to 7 business days after we receive it. Refunds are issued to your original payment method unless you request otherwise. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
